Tracy Ning has 7 years of Banking experience as financial analyst, 7 years in GPI Management Company as Chief Financial Officer managing 13 multifamily complexes totaling 4000+ units, and 8 years as financial controller in hospitality management company. She maintains the integrity of our financial accounting practices, affords us the opportunity to be a full-service company for our owner partners. She is very self-disciplined and in charge with annual budgeting, collections, summarizing trends and identifying budget deficiencies. Andrew Lai
Andrew Lai is an established operator and investor in real estate properties within Texas for the past 7+ years. He is the President of Aspire Hotels, a hotel management company overseeing 4 hotel properties in Texas including Marriott, Hilton and Wyndham branded hotels. Andrew is also Managing Partner of Gulf South Investments, a real-estate-based company specializing in investments in office, retail, and residential properties. He oversees all aspects of management including daily operations, personnel and finances. He received a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer in Petroleum Engineering.
